+233 Jazz Bar & Grill - Jazz club in Accra, Ghana
Great ambience whether on a Wednesday, for female band or Friday. Chicken wings not soo good, it was dry. Good music !!
Great place, music and ambience. Best Bar for live bands.
Great music. Service was good and the crowd was great too.
Great music and atmosphere
The live band music and atmosphere is superb.
Great place , good live music display and good food 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰✌️one of my favorite places
Nice place with good music and food,Very neat washroom and that is a 10 but the food takes too much time. Life band on Wednesdays and Fridays and you will need 🎟 to enter.Spacious parking area. And the food is okay.
Very nice place. Live music, very nice terrace. Food medium quality, service a bit slow but very friendly
Brilliant to see such an active music scene in Accra. Beautiful venue, an absolute must for music lovers. So important to support great venues like this
+233 jazz Bar and Grill is the best place to be in Ghana 🇬🇭, no doubt about that 👌Good food, wonderful cocktails, great great staff, best of all good music that takes you way back to the good old days.
We had really high expectations going to the bar because there was going to be live music billed to start by 7pm; however, until we left by almost 9pm - the show hadnt begun. It was disappointing. We got schooled about the true meaning of GMT - Ghana Man Time aka lateness. The drinks were okay and the staff helped charge my wifes phone!
Beautiful, calm environment, food a drinks a bit pricy tho especially the drinks so you need to prepare adequately.
The Adaha Live band did well to prepare me to enjoy my weekend with all the calypso songs. I still have the songs playing in my head.
Beat place to hang out any day!Great ambience!
The best hangout in Accra for the not-so-young crowd. Great live band music, sumptuous kebab and cold drinks. The washrooms are clean and the waiters are so courteous. The place to be every weekend!
I had a Great Time HERE! I dance for 30 minutes straight! BEST MUSIC I HAVE HEARD SINCE BEING IN ACCRA.Shout out to my Homeboy from Philly Michael Griffin for inviting me here. I SEE WHY THIS IS YOUR CHILL.OUT SPOT...SMOOTH JAZZ WITH A TWIST94.7 THE WAVE MEETS 90.7 WPFW
The kebabs were on point and the atmosphere lead by a live band was awesome to have a business or friendly meeting. The only regret was after 8pm the volume increased... That was when we had to leave.
A must stop if you enjoy live band music. Does not disappoint. it was so good I had to go back. Lipstick, Female band and the all male Adaga Dance band are electric -- got everyone on their feet. The bands play all genres and stage performance is magic. Thumbs up
So much fun. Beautiful place, good food.
Happened to be there on a day the live band was playing. Thoroughly enjoyed the music and the food. Only downside was the mosquitoes.
The ambiance was cuul. Please music and food was on point. If you love live band, jazz or contemporary traditional Aftican music, this is the place to go especially over the weekend.
A nice and serene environment.I loved the food. We just had to wait a while to be attended to.
By far the best jazz/live band Ive been to in Ghana. The all girl band did amazing and were so interactive. Only thing is that the service was quite slow
Its very nice place for entertainment, refreshments, funs and other activities.
Very relaxing cool ambience on a Sunday weekend. The place is usually packed on a Friday and Saturday. Food usually takes a long time to arrive when the place is packed so do well to order your food when you order your drinks.
Food took over an hour it tasted good and the server also apologized. Band was great mosquitoes were up they ran out of coils they said.
This time our food order was extremely slow took an hour just to get yams and chicken. The server apologized. The band was amazing. The food tasted good as usual.
Great ambiance, good food. For excellent contemporary jazz tunes dont miss out on +233 night life
Saw Peter Somuah, a budding Jazz Trumpeter plsy with his band from the Netherlands last Saturday. From the day I met him all shy but brave musician a few years ago. He has come and the proof is playing at +233 Jazz Bar & Grill is the validation of how far he has come.
Good experience! The music band skill is 9/10. Different bands for different days of the week, for different genres of music. Some days you have to pay entrance fee while other days of the week you dont. So be sure to find out.
Location is good, its in the middle of the city. Ambiance was excellent, the all female band playing on a Wednesday night was super great. But the service was extremely slow it took 30 mins or more for an order to be filled.
Nice adult crowd. Good drinks. Live band and singers were great. Garlic bread superb. Bora Bora drink was so very tasty.
Great ambiance with good live band stand music on Fridays to compliment. There is an entrance fee of GHC50(Abt.$7). Assorte khebabs - chicken, goat, gizzard; food - fried yams with roasted chicken, spicy buffalo wings etc. This is an exclusive spot for a really good relaxed fun time with friends, family and business partners. There is however room for improvement with regards to packing areas to be improved by clearing them clean and well lighted.
The place to be. Live was top, food top.We pay enter at 50Ghc per person .Recommand this place
Very good live band music with varieties of tasty dishes. Place was very lively.
Great live Jazz music and ambiance! I enjoyed myself.
Was here for a Saturday night, and after a struggle to get in as the security and door men were very strict, we did eventually take our seats at the front.Door men were fussy, and it felt like it was a privilege just to be allowed in the door..............we also had to pay for the live music, something that is very unusual in a city teeming with good live music....Beers came fast and the band we saw were fine.............but they finished pretty early............having paid for a good night we were all packed and ready to go by 11.00..............Clientele was a lot of the older foreign brigade, not quite the life and soul of the party, and overall our time here was not exactly "fun"
Cozy place, the food and drinks are good. Price is affordable. Enjoying the live music. Really a place to go if you want a diverse environment for affordable rates.
No mozi bites and great entertainment! We were accommodated as a group of 10. GHC50 cover charge per person at the door. All seating was outdoors. The breeze was not flowing that night and as the air stood still so did the heat. The menu made an effective fan while dancing the night away to local favorites and cover tunes. I Enjoyed my night.
Spending your weekends here is the best natural healing you can ever get. The music served here is so organic and African. I’ll come here any day. 🥰💋❤️
Wow! Cool hangout. A great place to unwind. I was there on a Wednesday night with my girls and it was spectacular. The Lipstick Ladies Band (an all Ladies jazz bandserenaded us with music! They gave meaning to the saying that music is beyond language.Good food. I saw a pineapple punch Smirnoff drink.. and I tried it. It was yum! I had a great time there. You should consider visiting when you are in Accra.
Serene environment to hangout and enjoy some soothing music for your soul and great meals as well.
I hate to give businesses low rates but I had to.My first visit to the Bar was amazing. Enjoyed their food and drinks and some good good music. The second time I went there, I had to pay 50 cedis before I could enter. I didnt have a problem with that until I was told I could spend just 40% of that 50 in the bar and the rest will go to the bar for no particular reason. That does not make any sense +233 Jazz Bar! It is also very unprofessional to introduce new policies without giving your customers prior notice. You dont just go about doing that.If you can solve this issue or amend this policy, you will get a 5 star from me.
The music performance and sound was on point. I had read bad reviews before going there, but wanted to see and feel things for myself. But super rude waiters. As for their female supervisor the least said about her the better. It appears, the place is reserved for known faces only. Went there with a friend, and we were directed to the rooftop. Waiter was attended to us was an old man who instructed a table to us. Because we didnt like the view, we asked for a different one. Because we didnt agree to his instructed table, he came back to take our order after 45mins. I tried to complain to the supervisor. She left without doing anything about it.
Perfect place for Jazz lovers. I was impressed at how the sitting arrangement is well spaced out to ensure social distancing. Their prices are reasonable and the food is delicious. The ambience and calibre of people that go here makes it a classy and vibrant place altogether.
A cuul location for classic soothing music. Their cocktail🍸 varieties are superb! And the meals; wraps, yam chips, meat, pizza, kebab, etc are very delicious 😋. To top it all, customer service relation is topnotch. They make their customers feel special. Ill recommend +233 to anyone, any day!🥰😊
For lovers of Good music, head to +233 Jazz. Sound quality on point. The best band I have listened to in Accra. Finally the food is wonderful. Visiting Accra and need a place to hangout, this is the place.
My favorite hangout in Accra, discovered my favorites local all female band here!!They have legit charcoal grilled chicken that is tasty, their whiskey sour is to die for and the neighborhood super cool!!There is a different band for everyday of the week and my best one is Tuesday and Wednesday. I also got to watch my favorite Ghanaian artists Kuami Eugene and KiDi(Sugar Daddyperform here, so the place is forever etched in my heart.Service is great but can get slow when filled up which happens often.
The food is delicious and health. I loved the live music. It was so exciting and entertaining. I however didnt like that they served pork without labelling it. The manager said that was okay and that she was there to tell people that despite the high sound music that was at the background.
entry fee is 50 for live music. If you really music, its worthy. The atmosphere is good and the band and singers are super excelent!
